Q

Why do cats eat cat grass?

A

Cats consuming cat grass can stimulate their gastrointestinal peristalsis and help them spit out hair balls that clump up in their stomach; A group of cats can easily relieve stress, improve oral environment, and prevent and control oral diseases. Suppress various causes of eosinophilic granuloma, oral ulcers, gingivitis, glossitis, etc. Why does cat grass smell/fail to grow?

A

1. During the germination period of seeds, aerobic respiration is required. Adding too much water can cause the seeds to be unable to breathe and die, resulting in a foul odor;

2. If the seeds are too dense, resulting in insufficient oxygen, some seeds cannot germinate. It is recommended to place them in a ventilated environment or only plant half a pack of seeds;

3. During planting, seeds fall from the small hole in the middle and enter the bottom of the seeds, causing them to smell after prolonged soaking.

Why do you have long hair?

A

1. It is possible that too much water has been poured, causing the roots of the cat grass to rot;

2. The environment is too dark and humid, causing the cat grass to not receive enough sunlight.

How long does it take to change the water?

A

It is recommended to change the water once a day if the planting density is high after the seeds germinate, and reduce it appropriately if the density is low.

Can kittens eat it?

A

It can be eaten. For kittens aged 2-3 months, it is recommended to cut and mix canned food for feeding.
